Convention costs and payment options.

Deposit of $275 dollars with four staged payments of $350 

Please note that all payments are non-refundable! 

Please read the following information carefully 

Convention dates Friday September 27th and Saturday 28th 2024

Convention Location is the Historic City of Edinburgh Scotland (UK)

Attendance is mandatory, so think carefully before you commit to coming.

• You must have an up to date Passport and any Visas.

• We highly recommend that you take out travel insurance as a prudent measure.
• Payment plans are back to help you budget.
• Convention is limited to 50 places
• No absentee packages are available.
• You must be there to pick up your Convention package as nothing will be shipped.
• We will reveal the venue hotel when you are registered to the event and then it will be up to you to book your hotel room directly.
• If you choose not to stay at the Convention Hotel, there are many hotels in a short walking distance for a variety of budgets close by. 
• No partners are allowed this time for the Event.
